A week of "firsts"

This week Brooklyn got to do a lot of new things for the first time. She played in the cabinet. I thought she would just throw the tupperware out, but no. I turned around and she was back inside. And it was a corner cabinet with a turn-around shelf. She was having fun!

She wore her first bra this week. I was doing laundry and she found my sports bra in the pile of clothes I was folding. Somehow she new that bra's go over your head. Already wants to be a big girl!

She had her first play date, where I made this cute yellow duck for her. You use the stick on the back on the duck to roll it across the floor and the feet flip around like it is walking. It is cute. She had so much fun getting to play with all the other kids that were there. She just got to be free in my friends backyard. It was a good day! Good for me too to get to meet some new people and hang out with friends!

And her last new adventure over the past week was...a box! I order a ton of diapers online (which I will post about later because I got an awesome deal!) Anyway they came in this big box so Josh cut her out some windows on the side and we let her play with it. It has provided hours of fun so far and it was free the best part! I love boxes.

What a cutie. Kids really are creative in their play, arent they? I love it when they can entertain themselves.
